Sattva City Project Schedule 2026 Update
Sattva City has received RERA approval (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/270226/008494), and construction has started in early 2026. The Project Schedule begins with foundation work in mid-2026. After that, tower construction (21 floors) will take place between 2027 and 2028. Final painting and flooring will be completed by late 2028. During the same time, plumbing, wiring, roads, and power work will also be finished. All amenities and common areas will be ready before the January 2029 possession date so that residents can move in without delay.

Sub-Structure & Foundation Work
The Sub-Structure and Foundation stage is the most important part of the project because it creates a strong base for the entire 53-acre township. During this stage, workers dig the land, level the ground, and build strong footings to support the tall towers. The work also includes basement parking and solid retaining walls to hold the soil in place. All the work happens below the ground, so it takes more time. Finishing Works & Interior Detailing
The Finishing Works stage is when the building starts to look like a real home. The plain concrete structure is changed into a neat and ready-to-live apartment. In this stage, outside walls are completed, and inside work, like painting, flooring, tiles, doors, and safety fittings, is finished. Every small detail is checked to make sure the home looks good and works properly. Internal Infrastructure: Essential Utilities & Wiring
The Internal Infrastructure stage is all about the "hidden" parts of the home that make it run smoothly every day. The project schedule plan includes water pipes, plumbing lines, and main electrical wiring. Basic work on the water supply and basic electrical wiring will start from 11 June 2027 and continue till 02 July 2031. After that, electrical switches and bathroom fittings will be fixed between 18 December 2027 and 10 October 2031. A complete fire safety and firefighting system will be installed from 08 December 2027 to 13 January 2032.
External Infrastructure: Roads, Sewage, and Power
The External Infrastructure stage makes the 53-acre township ready for people to move in. This work includes building roads and footpaths, and setting up the water, drainage, and sewage systems. It also covers the electricity substation, street lights, parks, and tree planting. Systems for recycling waste, saving rainwater, and fire safety are part of this phase as well. All of these landscape and utility works are scheduled to happen from 17 December 2028 to 28 February 2032.
Amenities & Lifestyle Spaces: Clubhouses and Parks
The Amenities and Lifestyle Spaces at Sattva City are planned to give all basic comforts within one big township. The focus is on health, fun, rest, and community life. There will be indoor and outdoor facilities for sports and activities. The 53-acre township will also have open green areas, parks, and common spaces for families to spend time together.
