Sattva Aura (also called Salarpuria Sattva Aura) is a premium ready-to-move commercial office project by Sattva Group located in Kadubeesanahalli on Outer Ring Road (ORR), Bangalore. The campus is built on 9.95 acres of land and has a total built-up area of 4.38 lakh sq. ft. It has two office blocks – Block A and Block B. Each block has 2 basement levels, a ground floor, and 6 upper floors. Office floor plates range from 20,682 sq. ft. to 45,000 sq. ft.Large companies usually lease full floors, while smaller managed office spaces start from 730 sq. ft.

Pricing is usually available on request for both leasing and resale. In this area, current market prices are 14,000 to ₹16,000 per sq. ft.

The project launched in 2010 and was completed in 2012. The project has all the required approvals from BBMP and BDA.
