Sattva City Infrastructure has four main parts: Internal Infrastructure, External Infrastructure, Amenities, and Common areas. Internal work includes water pipes, drainage pipes, and electrical wiring inside the buildings. This basic work starts on 11 June 2027 and is completed by 2 July 2031. Finishing touches on electrical and bathroom fitting work will continue until 10 October 2031. Fire safety work is planned to be done by 13 January 2032. External work covers roads, sewage lines, and power supply across the 53-acre area. Amenities include a huge clubhouse and big parks for fitness and relaxation. All outside work is expected to be completed by 28 February 2032. Common areas of the project include the basement, lobbies, and lifts. All shared spaces will be ready, and the full project handover is planned by 28 February 2032.

Internal Infrastructure


The internal infrastructure of Sattva City includes all the basic systems that help the buildings work properly and stay safe. The work is done in two stages – main installation and final finishing. It includes water supply, sewage and drainage lines, and waste collection systems. The project also has rainwater harvesting, groundwater recharge, and proper power management. For safety, every building will have fire safety systems, firefighting equipment, and clear emergency exits. The table below shows the Internal work timeline.

  • External Infrastructure

The Sattva City's External Infrastructure stage makes the full 53-acre project area ready for people to live in. All major outside work is done in this phase. Work includes building roads and footpaths for easy movement inside the project. Water pipes, drainage lines, and sewage systems are laid across the area. An electricity substation and street lights are installed to provide power and lighting. The plan also includes developing parks, open spaces, and planting trees to keep the area green. Systems for waste collection, rainwater saving, and fire safety support are also added. All these outside works are planned from 17 December 2028 to 28 February 2032 to make the township fully ready.

  • Amenities & Lifestyle Spaces

The Amenities and Lifestyle Spaces at Sattva City are planned to give all basic comforts within one big township. The focus is on health, fun, rest, and community life. There will be indoor and outdoor facilities for sports and activities. The 53-acre township will also have open green areas, parks, and common spaces for families to spend time together. All these facilities, including gardens and landscaping, are planned to be ready by 28 February 2032. The table below shows the area planned for the modern amenities.

  • Common Areas & Final Handover

The Common Areas is the final stage of the Sattva City Project Schedule, where the focus is on making the township safe, easy to move around in, and ready to move in. This work includes finishing the massive underground parking, setting up fast elevators, and making sure the grand entrance looks perfect. This phase makes sure fire escapes and security rooms are fully ready. All common areas, along with gardens and parks, will be completed by 28 February 2032. The township has many green features. It includes rainwater harvesting, a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), and solar street lights. More than 80% open green space keeps the area fresh and natural.

  • How good is the nearby transport?

Sattva City is on NH-44 (Airport Road). The upcoming Metro station is just 150 meters away. Kempegowda International Airport is around 10–15 minutes away.

  • Is there power and water backup?

Yes. There is 100% power backup for common areas and important services. A water purification plant and large underground tanks provide a steady water supply.
