You can take your time, check the tower direction, and pick the best floor plan. Families moving from Yelahanka love having that control, making the ₹2.60 Cr+ price tag much easier to justify.

Buying straight from the builder is always the cheapest option. But in a project with almost 3500 units, the very best flats sell out on day one. Resale gives you choices. You get to be picky about the layout, the tower, and the view. If you refuse to settle for a bad floor plan, paying that premium is just the normal cost of getting your perfect home.
