Sattva Touchstone is a premium Grade-A office building located in Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore, a major IT hub. The project is built on about 6.9 acres of land.

It has two main blocks – Block A and Block B. Together, they offer around 3 to 4 lakh sq. ft. of office space. Office sizes are flexible. Units start from 1,064 sq. ft. and go up to 40,000 sq. ft. floor plates.

The monthly rent usually ranges between ₹75 and ₹110 per sq. ft. The average resale price is around ₹15,900 per sq. ft.

The project was launched in the early 2000s and completed in 2006. Since it was finished before the RERA Act (2017), it does not require RERA registration.

The Sattva Touchstone master plan is designed as a Grade A office campus completed in 2006. The project is built on about 3.8 to 4 acres and has two blocks – Block A and Block B, each with a Ground + 6 floors structure. The total leasable area is around 4,00,000 sq. ft. Block A offers floor plates of about 16,250 sq. ft., suitable for mid-sized firms, while Block B offers larger 40,000 sq. ft. floor plates for big companies. The campus has a central green open space, basement parking, 100% power backup, centralized HVAC, food court space for 5–10 outlets, and a single secure entry from ORR.
