As of June 2025, the construction status of Sattva City is in the early stages. After the launch in January, engineers and workers moved quickly to start site work. Right now, they are finishing the site preparation and laying the foundation. Basic infrastructure work—like roads, water lines, and power lines—has begun. The site looks busy with construction vehicles, machinery, and workers.
The completion time for Sattva City is four years from the launch date. That means full completion by January 2029. The next six months (July 2025 to December 2025) will see structure work for more blocks to reach the 3rd and 4th floors. By mid-2026, builders aim to complete half the tower structures. After that, brickwork, plastering, and flooring will begin on lower floors. Utility work for electricity and water will continue. Landscaping and road paving around the blocks will start in late 2026. By 2027 and 2028, finishing work in apartments and amenities construction will be in full swing. The first task after launch was site preparation. Workers cleared the land and removed bushes and debris. They levelled the ground in many areas to make it flat. Surveyors checked the land levels and soil quality. Soil tests were done to make sure the ground was strong enough. Earth-moving machines moved soil to the right spots.
