Sattva City Construction Status


Sattva City Construction Status shows that the project is currently in the early construction stage after its launch. It is a large apartment project in North Bangalore. The project Site Preparation is completed. It sits on 50 acres of land in Meenakunte Hosur, Doddajala, Devanahalli, Karnataka. The pre-launch date was February 2026, and the launch date was March 1 2026. Possession is planned for February 28, 2032. As of March 2026, the construction status of Sattva City is in the new launch stages. Engineers and workers moved quickly to start site work. Right now, they are finishing the site preparation and laying the foundation. Basic infrastructure work—like roads, water lines, and power lines—has begun. The site looks busy with construction vehicles, machinery, and workers.

Sattva City was officially launched on March 1, 2026, and the project has a planned construction period of six years. The development is expected to be completed by December 2031, with possession scheduled for February 28, 2032. During this period, the builder will carry out tower construction, interior work, utility installations, and the development of amenities, internal roads, and landscaped areas. Regular construction updates will help buyers track the progress of the project.

The first task after launch was site preparation. Workers cleared the land and removed bushes and debris. They levelled the ground in many areas to make it flat. Surveyors checked the land levels and soil quality. Soil tests were done to make sure the ground was strong enough. Earth-moving machines moved soil to the right spots. Trenches were dug for underground utilities. At this stage, you can still see open patches of land and stacks of steel rods and cement bags.

After site preparation, the construction team started the foundation work. Borewells and piles were drilled deep into the ground to make the base strong for the towers. This piling work helps support the buildings above. Concrete piles have already been placed for several blocks. After that, workers began building the basement base by pouring large layers of concrete over the piles. This strong concrete base will carry the weight of the towers. At the same time, utility lines for water, sewage, and electricity are being placed under the foundation. Pipes and conduits can be seen coming out from the foundation areas. All these activities show the current construction progress at this stage.

Structure work has just begun for some blocks. Columns and beams are being cast. For the first few blocks, builders have completed ground-floor columns. Soon, they will work on the first-floor slab. The towers are designed as 2 basements + ground floor + 21 floors. Right now, workers focus on the ground floor and first floor for the earliest blocks. They use formwork to shape concrete slabs. Steel reinforcement bars are tied together before pouring concrete. You can watch cranes lifting steel and concrete buckets as the structure starts to rise.

At this point, internal finishing work is not yet in full swing because the structure is incomplete. However, some test flats or sample areas may be under finishing. These areas allow the builder to show future buyers how flats will look. Sample kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms are being built with basic fittings. Electrical wiring, plumbing lines, and basic flooring are in test mode in these zones. This is an early part of the construction status that buyers can visit on-site.

Sattva City plans many amenities, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, sports courts, and landscaped gardens. For now, the space for these amenities is being marked on the site plan. Earthwork is in progress where the clubhouse will stand. Basic drain lines and water lines are laid around the amenity area. Temporary site offices, labour shelters, and material yards are set up. The main entry gate pillars have been built, and temporary security cabins are in place.

The construction status of Sattva City shows that the project is in the early stages after its launch in March 2026. Basic work, like site preparation and foundation work, has started. In the next stages, the construction of the residential towers will continue, and later the work will move to interior finishing and building the project amenities. The project is expected to be completed by December 2031, and possession is planned for February 28, 2032.
